Glass fiber packing with PTFE impregation
Description: Square braided from E-glass fiber impregnated with PTFE, that largely prevents solids from entering the seal and maintains its elasticity. It is suitable for pump and valves.
CONSTRUCTION: Glass fiber is standout among the different organic and inorganic fibers as ideal replacement of asbestos. All of CAZ fiberglass products are made of good quality E-glass fiber, it has many excellent capabilities of high strength and high temperature resistance, low density and low thermal conductivity, better insulation and incombustible etc.
Glass fiber packing with graphite impregation
Description: Square braided from E-glass fiber impregnated with graphite. Normal for valves. 212EG is fiberglass packing reinforced with SS or Nickel wire and lubricated by graphite
APPLICATION: As a static seal for vessels, heaters, manhole, lids, covers, thermal insulation and fire-proof of pipes etc. Suited for chemically neutral and resistant to water, steam, hot air, oils and so on. CAZ 212P and 212G can be used for pumps & valves.
Ceramic packing with graphite impregation

All of CAZ ceramic products are made of good quality ceramic fiber, it has many excellent capabilities of high temperature resistance, low density and low thermal conductivity, better insulation and incombustible etc.
Ceramic packing with graphite impregation is Braided from ceramic fibers without any impregnation, will not shrink or swell in service. It can be reinforced by fiberglass or SS wire, May be ordered square or round cross section.
Asbestos Packing with PTFE & oil impregnation
CONSTRUCTION: Asbestos Packing with PTFE & oil impregnation, Treated with PTFE & a special lubricant, without etching.
APPLICATION: Static and dynamic sealing -- Especially suitable for a wide range of applications for large rotary pumps in the medium pressure range.
Graphited asbestos packing with oil
Description: Braided from high quality asbestos impregnated with graphite and oil, it has a good elasticity and very good sliding properties. It has grade 250 / 350 / 450 / 550 according to temperature.
APPLICATION: Dynamic sealing--To be used as a stuffing box in pumps ( especially boiler feed pumps) and in valves. Resistant to alkaline solutions, inert fluids, steam, gases, hot water and salt solutions.
Graphited asbestos packing reinforced with inconel
Description: Good quality asbestos packing treated with rubber and graphite inside and outside coated, each yarn reinforced by Inconel wire. Temperature grade same with 210G
APPLICATION: Static sealing--Can be used for handholes, manholes, lids as static seal. Is suitable even under rough operating conditions like in steam hammers, reactors, steam valves etc.
ASBESTOS PACKING:
Chrysotile asbestos packing is braided into packing, made of Chrysotile asbestos yarn and impregnated with PTFE. It has much better effect of sealing. Used for all rotating and reciprocating pumps, mixers and valves sealing against hot and cold water, caustics, mild acids, difficult chemicals, air, gases, steam, solvents, oil and most marine applications. | | |
