Metal Eyeleted Flat Gasket
Metal Eyeleted Flat Gasket-Reinforced Gasket with inner Eyelet IO-Reinforced Gasket with inner & outer Eyelets, Metal eyeleted gaskets( MEG) make better than pure cut gaskets, it remains properties of cut gaskets, the metal eyelet can offer special protection against blowout and chemical attack, also improve seal-ability due to the local higher stress under eyelet. The metal eyelet material is normally ss304 or 316, pressure6.4-10Mpa.
SPIRAL WOUND GASKET
Spiral Wound Gaskets can be used to seal fluid pressure up to 250 bar cryoprnices temperature as low as -200° C and up to elevated temperature of 1000° C. Products are widely used in the oil, gas, petrochemical process and engineering industries.
METAL JACKETED GASKET
It is made from Asbestos millboard, Expanded Graphite Ceramic, PTFE etc. Filler, covered with thin metal jacket, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper etc. Proper medium, pressure and temperature are decided by different materials we use. The highest temperature is 1300° C and the highest pressure is up to 100Mpa
